Do I have to talk to anyone to try Cognibl?
No. The free plan needs no card and no call, and it includes the full product: every workflow, the proof check, the gateway and the trace. It is for one person. To work with other people, create an organization and upgrade to Business. Write to us when you have a question for a person.
What happens after I send the form?
It reaches the team as one email, and a person replies within one business day. There is no ticket number and no automated email sequence.
What do you do with what I send?
We read it and reply. This site has no database and stores nothing. The form passes your message on as one email and keeps no copy. Our replies contain no tracking pixels.
What should I put in the message?
Tell us what you want to see. For a walkthrough, describe the work your team tracks and who reads the results, so we can show the product on something like your project instead of demo data. For a question about plans or agents, just ask.
We build agents. Is there something here for us?
Yes. Mention it in the form, because it is a different conversation. Vendors connect at one of three trust levels: our SDK with traces signed on your side, calls routed through our gateway so we write the log, or running on our infrastructure. Sampling rate, authority caps and pricing follow from the level and the score, by formula.
