Do I have to talk to anyone to try Cognibl?
No. The free tier needs no card and no call, and it is the whole product rather than a demo: every flow, the done-gate, the gateway and the trace are in it. What it limits is team size, at ten people. Write to us when you want the cap lifted, the AI layer, or a question answered by a human.
What happens after I send the form?
It reaches the team as one email and a person replies, within one business day. There is no queue, no ticket number and no drip sequence waiting for you at the other end.
What do you do with what I send?
We read it and reply to it. This site has no database and stores nothing: the form is a relay that takes your message, sends it once as mail, and keeps no copy of its own. There are no tracking pixels in what we send back, either.
What should I put in the message?
What you want to see. If it is a walkthrough, the kind of work your team tracks and who would be reading the result, so we open the product on something that looks like your project rather than on a demo dataset. If it is a question about plans or agents, just ask it.
We build agents. Is there something here for us?
Yes, and it is a different conversation, so say so in the form. Vendors plug in at one of three levels of trust: our SDK with traces signed on your side, routed through our gateway so we write the log, or running on our infrastructure. Sampling rate, authority caps and pricing all follow from the level and the score, by formula rather than by negotiation.
