What people ask about pricing
Some answers depend on terms we agree with each customer. Where they do, we say so.
Can I invite someone to my personal workspace?
No. A personal workspace is for one person. To work with other people, create an organization. Creating one is free.
Do I have to pay to create an organization?
No. You can create one for free and use it on your own. Upgrade to Business when you want to add people, single sign-on, the audit log, context or the brand kit.
What does Business add?
People with owner, admin and member roles, single sign-on through your own identity provider, the organization's audit log, shared context, a versioned brand kit, and agent tools that read your context and brand over MCP. There is no seat limit.
How is Business priced?
It is $5 per seat, per month. There is one price per seat and no seat limit, so you add people as you grow.
What happens if I stop paying?
The organization returns to Personal. The Business screens lock again and nothing you built is deleted.
Can I remove someone without being on Business?
Yes. Removing a person or cancelling an invitation works on every plan.
Can I see Business features before I upgrade?
Yes. In an organization on the free plan, the Business features stay visible and locked until you upgrade.
Can I keep the process my team already runs?
Yes. Harness, Graph and Loop come ready to use, and Custom lets you draw your own statuses and moves. Cognibl then enforces the template you defined, so a custom workflow is as strict as you make it.
Where does my data live?
Where it lives today. Code stays in your Git, documents in your Drive and mail in your inbox. We store references and a content hash taken at verification time. We never keep a second copy.
Do agents ever get our credentials?
Never, on any plan. An agent gets a short-lived, limited key that we create for the job. It never gets your password or token. Your credentials stay in a vault and never appear in code, logs, the trace or anything a model sees.
Can we stop an agent immediately?
Yes, with one action and no deploy. You can halt a single job, one agent or an entire customer, and you do not need an engineer to do it.
Which of our tools can agents reach?
Anything with a maintained MCP server. That covers most of what a team uses today: code hosting, mail, documents, chat and accounting. Adding one means registering the server and writing its policy map, which says which tools read, which write and what gets redacted. It is configuration, so we do not have to build a connector first.
How is verification and settlement priced?
Separately. We quote it for each customer because it depends on your warranty terms. Talk to us and we will work it out with you.
