The table above says what the plans contain. This says which one is yours, which is the question a table cannot answer.
- Free
- A team of ten or fewer, whatever you are doing with it. There is no trial clock and no card, so the honest advice is to start here even if you expect to outgrow it: you will find out what you actually need from the product rather than from this page.
- Business
- Eleven people or more. The reason to move is the cap, not a feature you have been waiting for, which is why the upgrade is unremarkable: role controls, the full audit history and priority support arrive with it.
- AI
- You want the reading done for you. The gate still refuses work without proof on every plan; what AI adds is a flow that reads each proof against the definition of done and writes up where they disagree, project summaries, roadmap problem detection, and library access for agents over MCP.

What buyers actually ask.
Where an answer depends on terms we agree per customer, it says so instead of guessing.
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. There is no expiry and no card. Every feature is in it, including the gateway, the trace and the done-gate. What Free limits is the number of people in the team, which is capped at ten.
- What does Free leave out?
- No feature. That is the whole design of the tier: nothing is held back to sell you the next one up. The cap is people, because people are the thing that actually scales with what this costs us to run.
- What is the difference between Business and AI?
- Business is the same product with the member cap lifted, plus role controls, full audit history and priority support. AI adds the verification layer: a flow that reads each proof of work against the definition of done on every status change, project status summaries, roadmap problem detection, and library access for agents over MCP.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Every plan starts on Free without one. You upgrade when the team outgrows ten people, or when you want the AI layer.
- Can I keep the process my team already runs?
- Yes. Harness, Graph and Loop ship complete, and Custom lets you draw your own statuses and moves. The done-gate then enforces whatever template you defined, so a custom flow is as strict as you wrote it.
- Where does my data actually live?
- Where it already lives. Code stays in your Git, documents in your Drive, mail in your inbox. We store references and a content hash captured at verification time, never a parallel copy of record.
- What happens when the team passes ten people?
- You move to Business and the cap lifts. Nothing about the product changes at that boundary, and nothing you built on Free is left behind: the same projects, flows, proofs and traces carry over, because they were never in a lesser version of the software.
- Is the gateway and the trace only on the paid plans?
- No. The MCP gateway with scoped agent keys, the hash-chained trace of every tool call, and the done-gate itself are all in the free tier. They are what the product is; putting them behind a plan would leave Free as a demo, which is the thing it is deliberately not.
- Do agents ever get our credentials?
- Never, on any plan. An agent receives a short-lived scoped key we mint for the job, not your password and not your token. Your own credentials sit in a vault and do not appear in code, in logs, in the trace, or in anything a model is shown.
- Can we stop an agent immediately?
- Yes, and it is one action rather than a deploy. There is a halt at the level of a single job, of one agent, and of an entire customer. A control that needs an engineer to reach it is not a control, so this one does not.
- Which of our tools can agents reach?
- Anything with a maintained MCP server, which today covers most of what a team already runs: code hosting, mail, documents, chat, accounting. Adding one is registering the server and writing its policy map, which tools are readable, which are writes, what gets redacted, so it is configuration rather than a connector we have to build first.
- How is verification and settlement priced?
- Separately, and it is quoted rather than listed: it depends on your warranty terms, which are agreed per customer. Talk to us and we will work it through with you.
